A non-refundable booking fee of 10% is required at the time of booking. The balance will be invoiced three months
prior to your wedding for payment no later than two weeks before your wedding day.
Copyright
In accordance with The Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 The copyright of all photographs taken by Peter
Noyce Photography remains our sole property. We may, at our discretion, use these photographs for exhibition or display or publication. Should you purchase high resolution images you also purchase the licence to reproduce those images for personal use in perpetuity.
Re-orders
Re-orders may be placed at any time. There is no insistence or expectation that orders for further copies of photographs will be placed.
Web Display Images
Your wedding will remain viewable via your client area for 12 months.
Inclusive Album
You will receive a presentation DVD of all of the images of your wedding normally within 2-3 weeks. You should make your selection of images for your inclusive album within 6 months. After 12 months a small additional charge may apply.
Colour reproduction and stability
The photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance based upon the flesh tone but due to limitations of photographic dyes no guarantee of exact colour match or resistance to fade can be given.

will be placed. All photographic sizes are nominal.
Prices
All prices shown exclude postage and packing.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Force majeure
The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
License
Peter Noyce Photography shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Photographers judgment regarding the locations, poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Every effort will be made to take all the photographs as discussed prior to the wedding but due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to Peter Noyce Photography. The full fee is payable if notice of cancellation is received less than twelve weeks prior to the ceremony.
Sole rights
The Client(s) gives sole photography rights (stills) to Peter Noyce Photography for the purpose of resale or publication. We have no objection to family and friends taking pictures.
English Law
The contract shall be deemed to be a contract made in England and shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
